agriculture, by contrast, is 10,000 years old. Which means that somewhere in our collective evolutionary
story, we decided that it was way more important to make attractive superfluous items than it was to
learn how to regularly feed ourselves.”
I am a London-based interior designer with over sixteen years of experience creating homes that embody elegance, timelessness, and comfort. My passion for beauty and design began early in life. Growing up in Russia, I was surrounded by the richness of art and the grandeur of architecture, which continue to inspire my work today.
During my university studies, I wrote my Master’s Honours thesis in French linguistics based on the works of Flaubert and Mauriac. I received my design training from the KLC School of Design in London, and my creativity is shaped by a broad cultural perspective gained from my passion for travel and years living in California, Dubai, and the Caribbean.
In 2008, after my daughter was born, I opened my interior design practice in Surrey. Since then, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, from stylish London apartments and a characterful 16th-century Grade II-listed cottage to an imposing manor house and an award-winning spa. Today, I am grateful to be recognised for thoughtful, personalised residential interior design across London, Surrey, and the Home Counties.
My approach is comprehensive, encompassing interior design, interior architecture, planning strategy, and complete project management to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered.
